Terms of use
A careful travel organizer, not the travel operator.
These terms govern the Jurn private beta offered in Denmark. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
Effective 18 August 2026
1. Provider and service
Jurn is operated by JMN Ventures, CVR 46561708, Bentzonvej 42, 1. tv, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark. Your agreement is with JMN Ventures. Questions can be sent to support@hellojurn.com.
Jurn organizes booking evidence into private trips, links supporting proof, surfaces actions, and routes uncertain evidence to review. The private beta is currently offered without charge in Denmark and may change as we learn from use. We will not introduce a charge without clearly presenting the price and obtaining the agreement required by law.
2. Your account
You must provide an email address you control, protect access to your email and device, and use Jurn only for accounts and evidence you are entitled to manage. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or public link has been compromised.
Jurn may be used by travelers of any age and does not impose an age gate. The private beta is free and does not let users incur charges, credit, or ongoing payment obligations through the service. We do not collect a birth date merely to determine access. A feature that requires a legally valid consent or authorization will be enabled only when that requirement is met, without unnecessarily restricting the rest of the service.
3. Your evidence and trips
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give JMN Ventures the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and present that content through Jurn to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for checking material trip facts before relying on them.
Submit only accounts and evidence you are entitled to manage. When one booking includes another traveler, you remain responsible for having a lawful reason to provide and manage that evidence. Jurn limits its use of companion information to the submitted booking.
Automated extraction can be incomplete or wrong. Jurn is designed to withhold uncertainty for review, but no extraction system can guarantee perfect interpretation of every document or message.
4. Sharing
Trips and documents are private by default. Creating a public itinerary link is your instruction to publish the selected itinerary facts. Do not share a link with people who should not receive those facts. You can deactivate the active link from the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Jurn, attempt to access another person’s account or private evidence, defeat service limits, probe or disrupt the service without written authorization, upload malicious content, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Third-party services
Jurn depends on travel operators and infrastructure providers and may link to their services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for an operator’s availability, reservation performance, or content.
7. Beta availability
The private beta is provided for evaluation and real travel use with appropriate independent checks. Features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed. We may impose fair-use limits or pause an unsafe feature. We will try to give reasonable notice of material planned changes, but urgent security or reliability work may happen immediately.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Jurn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if necessary to protect people or the service, comply with law, address misuse, or close the beta. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a chance to retrieve appropriate data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free extraction. Jurn is not liable for an operator’s acts, missed travel, denied boarding or entry, lost reservations, or decisions made without checking authoritative operator information.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data and booking evidence are handled. It is part of the service relationship but does not reduce rights provided by applicable law.
11. Danish law and disputes
Danish law applies to these terms. This choice does not remove mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer. Please contact support@hellojurn.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved are handled by the competent Danish complaint body or court.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta develops. Material changes will be explained before they take effect where practical. Questions can be sent to support@hellojurn.com.
